Committed to Learning & Development

We believe positive, energetic and enthusiastic individuals hold the key to delivering stand-out support for young people in care.

Open Care Group always stands by our staff whilst also ensuring the safety of our young people. This unique approach ensures our young people and our staff are emotionally supported.

We help all our employees to achieve their aspirations and personal or professional goals, through a combination of internal and external training and mentoring programmes.

We also offer complete psychometric assessments to tailor individual development plans for staff.
